Dolphins are very active and are often seen bow riding, surfing, lob tailing and breaching. They can leap several meters out of the water. They can also sometimes be seen playing 'games' with things such as seaweed, coral or other creatures. Bottlenoses, like many other whales and dolphins, are sociable creatures and, although they can be found on their own, they tend to live in family groups called 'schools'. These can contain anything from just two or three dolphins to five hundred!
Note: We go dolphin watching every day, subject to sea conditions.
Back to the hotel. At 7 pm, our driver will pick you up from the hotel and takes you to the Karjeen restaurant, one of the most famous restaurants in Oman.
Karjeen cafe is a concept, having a distinctive style of its own. Karjeen is the old Omani word for a little wooden cottage. The café lives up to its name in the truest sense of the word. Built in wood and wrought iron, decorated with bright rugs, it blends the traditional Eastern style with classical Western culture, creating a comfortable, welcoming haven of tranquility.
