The price of any tour draft is based on the availability of the hotels offered, which have not been booked yet. The Hotels will be booked only after all Guests have signed the Letter of Agreement, sent it back to Chaaliya Tours with a copy of Guest’s passport and paid the first deposit within the deadline provided. In case the services are no longer available on the time of confirmation, Chaaliya Tours will proceed with the booking of services of equivalent or higher standards with informing the buyer and his/her consent and the final invoice will be revised based on the prevailing market rates. Each quotation will be valid only for 48 hour from the moment the quotation has been sent, or for any deadline mentioned in the quotation.

Price quoted is in prevailing market rates only. Should there be any variation of any existing laws, Tax, any regulations and Hotel rates during the contractual period, it will be adjusted in the final invoice and must be paid before the buyer will depart from Sri Lanka.Unless otherwise specified, all quotes refer to standard rooms. If the tours are quoted in USD, the amount displayed in Euro in the quotation is for your information only and is based on the daily exchange rate, which may vary depending on the day of payment. In the case of payment in several installments, the daily exchange of the time of payment will prevail. Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not binding. All special offers and promotions are marked as such. The contracts with the Hotels forbid Chaaliya Tours to offer the hotels outside of packages.

The reservation will be considered as confirmed only once (i) you have filled in the letter of agreement with the signature/s of all participants and email to Chaaliya Tours together with the scanned copy of the letter of agreement, terms and conditions, copy/s of the passport holder’s information page (where the signature and the relevant information are clearly visible) (ii) and after the payment of the deposit within the requested deadline. The Letter of agreement should be signed by all participants personally

The payment/s must be settled within the deadline mentioned above. The failure to comply with this deadline might result in the cancellation of the tour due to breach of contract. The breach of contract applies also if third intermediary parties, travel agencies or tour operators operating online, chosen by the Travellers, collect the payment from the Travellers but fails to transfer it to Chaaliya Tours (Pvt) Ltd within the deadline. In case the total amount will be paid by 2 or more participants, all payments must be settled within the above mentioned deadline in order the tour to be confirmed. The failure to comply with this deadline, even if only partially, will result into the cancellation of the entire tour, any previous quote/s and agreement/s will expire and we will treat this as a cancellation by the buyer. The buyer is legally responsible for the default of other participants (for ex. concerning the payment) and must be sure of the consent of all participants before accepting a quote. Payments can be split into more links. This should be communicated upon confirmation of the tour and cannot be modified afterwards. The invoice will be issued only on the name of the person who has made the original request. Some banks will block online payments. It is buyer’s responsibility to consult the bank before proceeding with the payment in order to settle the payment within the time and not after the given deadline.
